3. Savings Estimates

The savings estimates provided by our Energy Savings Estimator are based on average customer data and general rate comparisons. Actual savings may vary depending on your specific usage, location, current rate plan, and other factors. Savings estimates do not constitute a guarantee of specific savings amounts.

4. Eligibility

Our services are available to residential customers in areas where Echos Energy is an authorized retail electricity provider. Service availability is determined by your ZIP code and local utility regulations. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make decisions regarding the electricity service at your address.

5. Government Assistance Programs

Additional savings for customers receiving government assistance are subject to eligibility verification under applicable federal and state low-income energy assistance programs. Echos Energy will assist in verifying your eligibility but cannot guarantee qualification. Program terms and savings amounts are subject to change based on government program guidelines.

6. No Deposit & No Credit Check

Echos Energy does not require a security deposit or credit check for enrollment. We reserve the right to modify this policy in the future with advance notice to customers.

7. Exit Fee Reimbursement

Echos Energy will reimburse verified early termination fees charged by your previous electricity provider, subject to review and approval. Maximum reimbursement amounts may apply. Proof of exit fees (such as a final bill showing the charge) is required.

8. Billing and Payment

You will receive a monthly electricity bill from Echos Energy based on your actual energy consumption. Payment terms, accepted methods, and late payment policies will be outlined in your enrollment agreement.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your Echos Energy service at any time without penalty or early termination fees. We do not require contracts. Cancellation requests can be made by calling our customer service line.

10. Limitation of Liability

Echos Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for electricity services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email or notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
